RANK UPDelete your Rank Up account
You can delete your Rank Up account and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Rank Up and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account & security → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@rankupfit.app from the email address you use for Rank Up, with the subject Delete my account. We confirm by replying to that address, then delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, username, avatar and training details.
- Your workouts, posts, stories, photos, videos, comments and likes.
- Your character: level, EXP, gold, classes, streaks, rewards, Premium time and Marketplace purchases (unused gold and codes are lost).
- Your AI plans, health activity records (runs, walks, daily steps) and support tickets.
What may be kept
- Copies in backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis within about 30 days.
- Anything we must keep to comply with the law or resolve a dispute, only for as long as that requires.
Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first. Disconnecting Health Connect in your phone's settings stops any further reading.
