Terms & Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Omar Mohammed Mohammed Galal, Egypt ("Rank Up", "we", "us") for the Rank Up app and the rankupfit.app website. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Rank Up.

1. What Rank Up is

Rank Up turns real training into a game. You log workouts, runs, walks and steps, and your character earns EXP, levels, classes, gold and rewards. Rank Up is entertainment and motivation, not a medical or coaching service.

2. Health disclaimer — please read

• Rank Up does not give medical advice, and nothing in the app is a diagnosis, treatment or a personal training programme prescribed for you.
• Exercise carries risk. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing how you train or eat, especially if you are pregnant, injured, unwell, or have a heart, joint or other medical condition.
• You train at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
• Exercise suggestions, calorie and nutrition figures, plans and progress numbers are estimates and may be wrong.

3. AI-written plans

Training and nutrition plans are written by artificial intelligence from the details you give us. They are general suggestions, not advice from a coach, doctor or dietitian, and they can contain mistakes. Check that each exercise and each food suits you, skip anything that does not, and consult a professional if you have an injury, a medical condition, an allergy or special dietary needs.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where local law requires it.
• Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@rankupfit.app if someone else uses your account.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

5. Fair play

Rank Up is a game about real effort, so you agree not to:

• log workouts, runs, walks or steps you did not do, including by using fake, simulated or typed-in data;
• use bots, scripts, modified clients or any tool that changes how the app or its rewards work;
• try to reach other players' data, our servers or our functions in ways the app does not offer;
• guess, share publicly, sell or otherwise misuse promo codes or Marketplace discount codes;
• copy, scrape or resell the app's content; or
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you may.

We may adjust or remove rewards, gold, Premium time or offers obtained unfairly.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post: workouts, photos, videos, stories, comments and profile details. You give us permission to store, copy, show and distribute that content inside Rank Up and on its share previews, so the app can work, for example showing your post to your followers. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with other players and for backups kept for a short period.

Do not post content that:

• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent, sexual, or degrading to anyone;
• shows nudity, or anyone other than yourself without their agreement;
• promotes dangerous training, eating disorders, doping or illegal substances;
• is spam, advertising or a scam; or
• infringes someone else's rights, including music, images or video you do not have the right to use.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content in the app, and block other players.

7. Community and other players

You may follow, like, comment and view profiles as the app allows. Treat other players decently. We are not responsible for what other players post or do, although we act on reports.

8. Gold, EXP and virtual items

• Gold, EXP, levels, classes, tiers, streaks and rewards are part of the game. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the app.
• We may change how rewards are earned, balanced or displayed, to keep the game fair and working.
• If your account is closed for breaking these terms, your virtual items are lost.

9. Marketplace offers

• Some Marketplace offers are discounts or products from partner brands, bought with gold. Gold is earned by training; it cannot be bought.
• Buying an offer reserves a one-time code for you. How and where the code works, what it covers and until when, are set by the brand and shown on the offer. The brand, not Rank Up, supplies the product or service, and its own terms apply to it.
• If you never open a bought offer before it expires, the gold returns to you automatically. Once you have opened the code, it is yours to use and the gold is not returned.
• Offers are limited and may sell out, end or change. We may withdraw an offer, and where we do, the gold for unopened codes is returned.

10. Premium, subscriptions and promo codes

• Premium unlocks extra perks, such as AI plans, a higher daily EXP cap, more rank-up gold and Marketplace offers. The current list is shown in the app before you subscribe, and we may improve or rebalance the perks over time.
• Subscriptions, when offered, are sold through Google Play or the App Store at the price shown before you buy. They renew automatically until you cancel, and the store's own rules govern billing, renewals, refunds and cancellation. You manage or cancel a subscription in your store account; deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Promo codes are given at events and campaigns. Each code can be used once per player, may carry an end date or a use limit, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or sold. Premium time from a code ends on its own; nothing is charged afterwards.
• Unless the law says otherwise, virtual items and used periods are not refundable. If a paid feature stops being offered, we will tell you and, where the law requires, refund the unused part.

11. Health apps

Connecting Health Connect, Apple Health or any other service is optional, and you decide what to share. Data from those services is read as described in our Privacy Policy, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide, and if their service changes, some features may stop working.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep Rank Up available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or end features, or the whole app, with notice where reasonable. We may also update these terms; we will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

13. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Rank Up at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account & security → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other players, or where the law requires. Sections that by nature should survive, such as 8, 14 and 15, continue after the agreement ends.

14. No warranty and limits on liability

Rank Up is provided "as is", without any warranty that it will suit your purpose, be accurate, or be free of faults.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for: injury or health problems arising from training or from following a plan; lost or wrong data, EXP, gold or progress; products or services supplied by partner brands; anything another player does; or indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum the law requires if that is greater. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim there.
